Demand Citizen’s United Be Abolish!

This gets at the core problem. Citizens United didn’t simply flood politics with money — it rewired incentives so that private wealth could exert power without transparency or consequence. What followed wasn’t accidental or gradual drift, it was predictable. The scale of corruption we’re seeing now is not a failure of the system — it’s the outcome of that design.

Abolish the Heritage Foundation and the Federalist Society, Opus Dei covers for trafficking and money laundering. Unconstitutional interference! Not Christian, never was!

Thanks for this! However, the sweep of the power held by our corporate overlords throws a much wider arc. The MSM is TOTALLY controlled by powerful, wealthy corporations/individuals. This is how they control the narratives and even brain functions of the gullible, lost as they are drowning in Infotainment, that garbage that is designed to appeal to and be consumed by those of us limited to a 4th grade education. It's the very definition of an "oligarchy" or "kleptocracy" or, and here's the kicker: a Fascist Government totally allied with the very wealthy minority and our corporate overlords. You are to be thanked for recalling the lynch-pin that destroyed our once balanced democratic, constitutional Republic.

We the People get the entertainment like in Roman Coliseum, but where is our free bread.

Rescinding Citizen’s United is definitely the first legal step. I’d like to add to this, however, the complex nature of this though. When Obama first began his Presidential run in 2007, he said he would do it with public financing, which gained him attention from those of us who leaned more to the transparent and accountable side of governance. Later, in 2008, he gave that up in order to monetarily compete with the Republican Party. So, rescinding Citizen United simply is not going to fix this.

The numbers on political spending post-Citizens United are absolutley staggering but really telling. The fact that it went from $3.6B to $15.9B in federal elections alone shows how completely this ruling broke our democratic system. Those examples of Congressional stock trading are perfect illustrations of exactly why unlimited dark money corrupts policy. I've watched this shift happen realtime and it's honestly made cynics out of people who used to beleive their vote mattered.

Worst SCOTUS decision of my lifetime.
