Love the agenda except for the affordable housing proposition. The problem is supply, not demand. Helping first time buyers in the face of inadequate supply will drive up prices further. What is needed are policies that help builders and decrease regulatory barriers.
Unless we can enact truly progressive taxation first, nothing in this agenda will go far. US taxes have for decades been designed and tuned by the rich to protect their growing income, wealth, inheritance -- and power. If you imagine that billionaires can't work their will around laws and constitution or can be guided principally by the common good, look more closely at our country now (including the national debt and interest payments on it).

WE NEED TO WIN PERIOD.
Nothing else will be done unless the current "Regime" is out of the
White House and Congress is working for the people
The people taking it away is the only way for humanity to survive. Period.

Word to the wise. The word "Progressive" sends a chill up the spine of many. I would change that up some.
I personnally support the agenda. All things considered this could be Heaven.
We never learn.
