More-so than most criminal accomplices, Supreme Court justices know all too well that there is such a dynamic as injustice. To work oneself into a position of decision making power and influence most often is neither by accident nor naivety. To then abuse the constitution to align oneself with the advantaged while simultaneously punishing the disadvantaged is a calculated crime of the ugliest proportion and piercing accountability needs to be a part of the privilege.

IF, and that’s a BIG IF, the Dems are successful in flipping the house in Nov, they need to have a plan that can enable them to contend with a temperamental 3-year old in the Oval, and an enabling R Senate. Owning the House is not, of itself, a reversal of the corruption. Dems need to figure out how to own 2 of the 3 branches by 2028, and then the priority should be the impeachment (including conviction) of Thomas and Alito.

The Supreme Court doesn't see any corruption because they are a part of the corruption! Crooks looking out for Crooks

Public opinion polls show that the majority of Americans belive the system is rigged and it clearly is. Money is power and power can and too often does corrupt. Those donating millions to candidates often without any transparency are looking to rig the system of government in their favor. While both political parties have rich donors, the fact remains most business owners and the wealthy support the Republican party and its very business friendly agenda of lower taxes and less regulations.

When corrupt, everything is corruption

One of the most corrupt SCOTUS in history doesn't see a corruption problem. Criminals are not a reflective group as a rule. Feel some pain on behalf of the three beleaguered jurists.

Democrats need to vet every Dem running as a bonafide Democrat. Some states run Republicans as Democrats.

How many people cold say they like beer at their confirmation hearing and still get confirmed?

Supreme Court Justices are above the law (scotus with a small s for bribery, corruption, selling their positions). They make the law as much as, or more than, other branches of government. They can ignore laws or make new laws of their choosing, with no congressional oversight (small c for a bought congress). The law is and can be whatever they say it is. It is not what they say it is not. Their word is final on any issue. Fix The Court com. Fix scotus. End Citizens United. Overturn Buckley. End gerrymandering, and or gerrymander more in favor of Democrats, until the problem is resolved. At the end of the day, most of scotus is very corrupt and out of line (read: gop part). It should not be a free money train like most of them treat it. The Powell Memo, The Federalist Society. free speech for people org. Impeach Scotus org.

Term Limits org for Supreme Court Justices, Court Of Appeal Justices and Federal Court Judges. No more lifetime appointments for any judge in any federal court or agency. Expand scotus. Add more Justices to scotus who should be chosen by Democrats. Ranked choice voting. Fair Vote org. Every congressional district should have three elected members of congress, who are subject to term limits and who are not allowed to engage in insider stock trading. Scandalous.

Moments in history. Is that due tomorrow? Thomas Jefferson, July 3, 1776.

Ban insider stock trading by members of all branches of government, and enforce it. Ban stock trading by members of Congress. Ban stock trading by the president and his or her family, by the vp and his or her family, by cabinet officials and their families, and by upper level members of a presidential administration.

Overpay teachers and underpay politicians in Congress. Morgan Freeman. Congress is the problem.

Allow insider stock trading by teachers and by members of their families.

Salaries and benefits for members of Congress should be determined by an independent group of voters, not by Congress.

Americans For Tax Fairness org. Wealth tax. Higher estate taxes. Tax churches and think tanks. Cancel the charitable nonprofit and social welfare organization tax status of think tanks that are engaged in making political contributions and political advocacy.

Raise the Social Security tax cap on high earning people. Higher taxes on rich people and on rich corporations. Close tax loopholes for people and for corporations. End offshore tax avoidance.

Reinstate The Glass-Steagall Act (Banking Act of 1933) to separate commercial banking from investment banking.

Too big to fail is not an option for the public. Privatize the gains and share the losses during a financial crisis or meltdown.
