If we are ever have any meaningful say in how we can live our lives, we must end citizens United. I’ve always been proud that I’ve been able to do more with less but I actually get to eat with a roof over my head that’s not true for everyone. We, the regular people, need more representation. It makes me sick how much money is spent in these elections, it’s ridiculous! And we don’t have money for healthcare, housing and free school lunches? I call bullshit.
In his recent democratic NY primary victory I liked the observation of the Muslim winner Abdul el Sayed who stated that Trump is more concerned about saying something interesting about him than he is about solving America's problems. Trump's entire platform has been denigration of others in office while offering no solutions for improvement. Now that Iran has been destroyed, what is the plan?
Ending Citizens United can easily be done at the state level. Why isn't it being done? Hawaii already has. Montana is working on it.
